The last of the original Hitman trilogy is finished. This one is mostly flashbacks of previous maps that are now remade while 47 recovers form a gunshot wound, although it finally gets to the present by the final mission (which I guess also ties into a mission from the next game, Blood Money)

Although the trophy list is almost exactly the same as Silent Assassin it was easier and harder in different ways. The game is shorter (only 12 missions instead of 20) and controls much better than the previous games. However this time I needed to get silent assassin rating on every stage instead of only 5 because it unlocks a weapon on each stage. A lot of the other weapons are also in pretty obscure hiding spots too.

Platinum is pretty much finishing the game on professional difficulty, achieving kills in various ways like drowning, poisoning, explosives, etc. and then obtaining all the weapons in the game and displaying them in your hideout. A lot of it is just making sure i don't drop any of my weapons and lose them forcing me to reacquire them again so that basically meant never using any weapons I couldn't conceal on me.

Interested to see how Blood Money evolves the series because the first 3 all felt very much like old PC games and this one seemed to at least have consoles in mind from the beginning.
