Warning: quite a rant below!

Ever since the latest update there has been more problems with GTA online than usual. The first LS car meet prize ride challenge wouldn't progress properly to allow players to win the first prize ride vehicle, they knew about it from the first day of the update but they did nothing.

I was one of the players who ran into that problem so I opened a support ticket about and have been going back and forth for almost 3 weeks now.

After getting the same response over and over about how "they're aware of the issues, they're looking into to find a solution,etc" I said I wanted to talk to a supervisor because I was sick of the bullshit.

Finally got a response about 4 days ago and I was informed that my request was "sent to the proper department" then today I get another email about how they're still looking into the known issues and that they're not sure how players will be compensated or if they will....

What a shit company.

aside from glitches once in awhile, tbh I never had a problem with gta online. I played a bit earlier today. The new update is pretty good

The update is cool for the most part but how they're handling a lot of players getting screwed out of the first prize ride is pretty scummy. Then saying shit about how players may not be compensated for it is bullshit

I've kinda given up on GTA Online because the performance, at least on my Xbox One, is nearly unplayable. There used to be a method to get into a game by yourself by doing a connection test during a game or something, which would make it okay, but last time I tried that it didnt work anymore. An online game with any amount of people in it just looks horrible.

There's a computer program that does the same thing. I would say what it is but I don't know if its moldable to way the name. It's not an illegal program but you ever know with rules on here.

That's what I'm playing it on! The inconsistent framerate gives me a headache and I'm not usually one for complaining about that kind of thing.

Nah it runs like shit in big lobbies. Luckily you can do invite only sessions where some businesses are available so that is what I have been doing lately.
