I answer his calls like a month or two later, I keep insinuating that "hey people change and grow and do other shit", he's asked if I hate him and I'm like "nah I just don't like you like you like me", and he thinks it's all playful banter and stuff. He asked if I feel uncomfortable around him, and I'm like "yes". He's kind of a womanizer and he tries to "game" me, I've literally told him, "dude you can't guilt trip me into doing things, stop trying to game your friends it's fucked up".
I'm hanging out with him today just sort of out of obligation since we talked about hanging during quarantine and he's one of the people that kept in touch. I kinda learned he's a sorta shitty person though and I don't really feel like hanging with him. He hasn't done anything to me but some of the shit he admits or jokes about is really offputting. He keeps expecting me to be who I was 5 years ago and not only am I different but also feel less like being as comfortable towards him. You should just be upfront with the guy and tell him you don't really want to see him anymore because of those reasons.

Why wont you just outright tell him you dont want to be his friend? Stop being so fucking obscure about it. If you still hang out with him even after you tell him you dont want to then of course hes not going to get the picture.
