It can't be sexual harassment if a woman does it to a man.

Sarcasm, society and jokes aside, it's not right either way, especially with this push for equality. Equality should not include mimicking the negative behaviours too.

The only thing I feel bad about is if they are truly uncomfortable about how they are being talked about, especially when they aren't there to say anything about it.

If they are OK with being viewed as a sex symbol, then I wouldn't consider that harassment.

But that's just my personal opinion.
