And definitely no treasure hunting with Knuckles/Rouge. I replayed Sonic Adventure 2 recently and anytime I was playing as a hedgehog, the gameplay was fast and fun. Then I got to another character and it was like "omg how did I not hate this as a kid!?" But that's been Sonic Teams problem for most of their 3D games. Sonic vs Knuckles should have been the basis of the new series. Trying to make it edgy and gritty and gothic is just terrible. I wish theyd have tried Sonic RPG. I liked the racing game they had too.
