I hope he was able to fix up a few things about himself, and find someone that wants to be with him just as much as he wants to be with them. It was a little unfair to him that the girl sat by him, during the perfect match segment and then said "just friends, sorry!" Not that he's entitled to her or that she owes him something, but more so the fact that she didn't have to even sit by him in the first place rather than sit by him with no intention of actually trying to set up a date.
