You're like "trust me, it's the best anime ever. Ok look, I know the art style looks fucking terrible and if I'm honest the first 30 episodes are boring as hell, and it's going to look extremely dated for around 200 episodes at least, but after that it's really good. Uh, things also take a complete nosedive around the 600-700 episode mark, but trust me, it really picks up again after that!

Tbh the early episodes are some of my favorite. Plus I stopped watching a little before the time skip.
