Hey it is a start. Only took me about a year and a half. Whenever i read it, it is like god is cleansing my body and spirit. I cannot wait to finish it and start again. By far my favorite part was the story of moses journey.

The Action Bible is also a good read.

It's quite faithful in its story telling.

Yeah you have to make time to do it but if you read 3 to 5 chapters a day (except psalm 119) you can do it

I have lots of time to do it. I got through like 30 chapters tonight cuz i could not sleep but because of my mental illness most days the information feels super dense so i cannot even get through 1 chapter...that is why it took me so long.

I forget which book it was either ezequiel or jeremiah but it starts describing angels...super freaky stuff. Then in zecheriah dude is just talking to them like its no big deal, i would be terrified.

Interesting premise for a fantasy novel. The characters are pretty dull and the dialogue is wooden. I was confused by the author's self insert character though. Is he the author, or the author's son? He can't seem to decide.

LOTR and Asoiaf are both much higher up on my recommendation list for fantasy series.

Oh man...maybe like 1-2%. Maybe. I have found some gem wisdom in the book of ecclasiastes, jeremiah and micah in the old testament, not much of anything except in the book of john & 2nd corinthians did i find anything of particular value for me in the new testament.
