Trump actually broke the law by using the CDC to stop evictions. So overturning it is actually a good thing. Stopping evictions should go through the proper channels and should be done legally unlike that bad Trump guy who didnt respect our awesome system. Well go through the right process after our 6 week congressional recess. Sit tight!

The eviction moratorium was the one thing Trump did right during the pandemic but I guess when their lobbyists speak, politicians listen.

thrown out. black mark on record. harder to rent a new place.
not sure if they have to pay it anyway (have gotten evicted before but they didn't ask for money) was a kid but parents made terrible decisions (the dark temptations of drugs).
