But she seemed totally lost and with no sense of direction, and kept mentioning a Macy's that I was clueless on. The address numbers she was mentioning weren't adding up. I said we were across the street from a Bank of America and a Starbucks, and she found those, but still didn't see our office. This went on for four or fice minutes, with her getting more and more confused by my directions. I asked what streets she was near, and had to look up one of the ones she mentioned.
