No doubt but it's good to know the airline.

We kind of do this with a lot of things, but not all of them are life and death.

We trust every other driver on the road to be paying attention and know how to drive smart.
We trust teachers to teach our kids properly.
We trust cops are always doing the right thing

I think it's one of the reasons so many professions have continuing education requirements.

there are stats for everything in surgeries, its the exact same as the vaccine, its a risk/reward thing, of course if you can youd get the best surgeon in the world but sometimes an average surgeon is your best shot at surviving whatever it is that needs surgery
