Its ingrained in my genetically, but I have learned to internalize it. I grew up seeing other people lash out and explode every time something went wrong, and I identified the behavior as something I didnt want to be.

Try to seek why you got mad in the first place. Are you insecure about something that you are avoiding? Are you stressed about something? Are you trying to control something you might not be able to control? etc

Notice the feelings you feel as it's bubbling up. You'll get better at recognizing when somethings about to happen.

Remember that passion is like fire. Used in the right way it's very beneficial and what you need, used in the wrong way and uncontrolled it just burns everything and it's never worth it when it's over.

Get out your frustration through sitting still, keeping your body calm, and and just breathe and vent to yourself if you have to. Scream in a pillow, bite down on something, etc.

A calm brain thinks better than a bothered one. Ride the wave of explosion, and then when it simmers down, actively calm yourself down.

Call your sibling/parents and talk to at least one of them. Maybe your feeling lonely or missing out. It might sound strange but you'll get insight and good advice from actual people that understand you. Even just a little. Heck, talking about that stupid thing you did back in grade school or having brunch with someone that you can communicate with helps a ton.

Stay off the internet including social media and dont read or watch the news for a bit. Put your phone away for a while too. Go outside and start doing things alone like walking through nature trails and change up eating habits. Those things should change your life by a lot. Theres a lot of toxicity that comes from what I mentioned above and sometimes its healthy to take a break.

Honestly there are mood pills that work wonders. I get this stuff called Happy Hippie joy-filled, you can get a months supply on Amazon for like $25. It honestly has worked wonders for me with everything from anger, anxiety and depression. Completely natural ingredients and works way better than any prescription med I ever took.

I've skimmed through and read some posts.

I've learned that if you're angry and you do something rather than addressing it properly, you risk conditioning yourself to respond to anger that way. Your then conditioned response might not always work in certain situations. It might be different for others as I'm only me and not you or others.

It's easy to see that a lot of anger is conditioned and accepted by many people. Rage-baiting is an example. That's why many are judgmental. You see it in a lot of areas of the media and society. It is also a way to control people. If they know your buttons, they'll push them for a reaction. A conditioned pattern.

You could make a list of stuff that is known to cause a reaction from you. Determine what reactions are excessive and unnecessary. It's called self work.
