It's not really a thing, just something some dude made. It's just a very brief guide on bug fixes for the last 2 years
It's recommended because it gets rid of trash mods that haven't been updated with the tools

Dont use NVSR (NV stutter removal) if you are running windows 10. That was recommended back in the day but causes crashes for win 10.

I still crash sometimes with all the crash preventative mods but i get about 4 to 6 hours before it occurs usually. Sometime can play for 10 hours before crash if im lucky. There are always early warning signs too like stuttering when going to the inventory or checking shelves/drawers/ dead npcs etc.. Just save often

But yeah i use:
Tick fix mod
Nvac (New Vegas Anti Crash)
And the 4gb patch

Also thinking about it now i think alt tabbing outta the game causes me to crash earlier. I think the only times my game lasted 10 hours without crash is when i didnt alt tab at all.

I was alt tabbing so maybe that was it.

Also didn't know about NVSR causing crashes
