It seems every week there's one or even two days in a row where I don't sleep at all. I don't know it it's due to covid related stress or 5G towers, but it freaking sucks.

Yeah i've had insomnia problems for years and years, I'm lucky to sleep 3-4 hours in a night, and i'm even luckier if it's steady and i'm not woken up at least once.

I'm damned with both being a very light sleeper and having hypertension which keeps my brain racing more often than not. I'm always looking for new ways and supplements to help me sleep.

No. I have struggled with medically diagnosed insomnia for probably five plus years. Its always been an issue, but it really spiraled out of control when I quit drinking five years ago. I literally can not sleep without my prescription trazodone. Its sucks, but it could be worse. At least the medicine works for me.

Same here. My mind goes like a V8 motor when I try to sleep. I always start thinking about stressful stuff, too. If you have the ability to do so, I would recommend asking a doctor for a prescription for something.

Dont have caffeine past noon.

Dont drink alcohol.

Keep the bedroom dark, blackout curtains on the windows.

White noise machine if you need that.

I dont have trouble sleeping but I know alcohol screws up my sleep so I no longer drink.

Yep. I went through a period of about 8 months like you describe, except maybe a day or two more without sleep. And when I did sleep it was only a couple hours

I went through all kinds of medication for it and it would help a few days and then right back to it, so they gave me incrementally bigger doses, which would all stop working after a few days

Eventually it just.. fucked off. Since then I'm still heavily insomniac but I actually manage to sleep a few hours most nights now

I wouldn't wish that shit on anyone. It was one of the worst times of my life. It's also when I went through a gigantic UTI that fucked my balls up forever

It's a combination of real life stress/anxiety and an uncomfortable bed/pillow. I've always has a stressful job along with breathing issues which always caused insomnia. Upgrading to an expensive cool touch firm pillow along with a humidifier seemed to due the trick in the last couple years for me. As for 5G, LOL, giving you insomnia or covid has about as much chance as aliens giving you anal probes every night.

I'm 42 now, I don't think I have had a good night's sleep since I was a teenager.
