I'd be embarrassed to have a nearly one meter pink superhero toy standing in the corner of my living room (or any other room, especially the bathroom).

I'm keeping it in box and stored in the garage in a plastic box to keep it dry and mice / rat free.

If it uses the same style as this one, I wouldn't imagine so.

You're very upset that I used the word 'pink' and is trying to infer some sexist conclusion from it rather than reasonably assuming that I might have done so because it's a prominent colour scheme of the piece and that I'm using it for shorthand descripting. It's not a significant aspect.

Thanos was never a nobody though, he's a massive figure in the comics and has appeared in tons of shows and games.

I wouldn't worry about that much. When they do re-releases it is normally years later and it doesn't negatively impact the value of the originals. And no guarantee Hasbro has the marvel license a decade from now. Not sure how long the current deal goes (press release didn't say) but they did a "multi-year extension" in 2020.
