unless you take extremely good care of yourself, yea you'll have a lot of pain at that age.
If you workout (sensibly) all your life and don't overstress your joints and don't poison your brain with junk food you can be feeling quite good in the 70s. I know one guy that's 72 and he can work harder as a landscaper than I can at 32..... ... Copied to Clipboard!
