That is really bad for your health and I imagine you never feel refreshed or actually well rested. 8 hours or 9 hours of rest gets you a good sleep, I only got 5 hours today due to poor choices last night (I admit it atleast) but tonight at 8 pm I will be getting ready to get some good sleep.

This. Plus, he's fucking rich and famous. He only accepts "work" that he wants to and can technically get paid big money to do jack shit. He doesn't have to do a real honest job like most people to get by. Honestly the hardest part of his life has to be regularly working out numerous times a week to maintain the physique he has.

I don't believe that maybe with time/age I don't experience headaches and I jump out of bed like nothing, 5 out of 7 days I wake up before the alarm as well.

He's always implying they he is either working or working out and the rest of his time he's promoting his products or himself. The little time he has left after that is given to his family.

Probably the only person busier than Rock is Vince McMahon. How he hasn't literally worked himself to death yet is beyond me.
