Or did they change at all?

By me, nothing is open 24 hours anymore. Before all of our supermarkets and a few Walmarts were open 24 hours. Now they all close at 10pm. Same with the gyms near here too.. the 24 hour fitness places like planet fitness also close at 10pm.

Some restaurants that used to be open late close early as well. I suppose this is post pandemic life, I just wonder if its permanent.

Walmart is still running reduced hours on a corporate level. I'm not sure if any restaurants that cut hours have gone back to regular hours yet. Everything else seems to be normal hours.

The current store I work at closes an hour earlier than we used to, and there's been no info on changing that anytime soon, which I'm ok with.

The Walmart near me used to be 24 hrs but now closes at 11pm; hope they revert soon, I miss 3am Walmart trips, lol.

My absolute favorite breakfast restaurant went from temporarily closed to permanently closed... feels bad man.

Those are the only businesses off the top of my head with altered hours since the pandemmy. Everything else has either gone back to or remained normal.

Nothing here is 24/7 anymore except for McDondalds. Not really a hangout spot.

Walmart closes at like 10 now.

This is all part of corporate not wanting to pay workers any more than they have to. Why pay the night shift when you could close earlier? They force the entire town to shop at the same time, so theres people on top of each other, which makes it tough to socially distance.

I went into a Kroger store during the height of the pandemic. It was right before a massive snowstorm and there were more people than Ive ever seen. Dont picture the store on Christmas Eve, picture the beach on 4th of July. Thats how crowded it was and people were pressed flat against each other. It just shows how corporate puts profit before the citizens safety.

Nothing normal in my area. All restaurants in the area are struggling to stay open or keep normal hours. Some have even closed in the middle of the day at 3 p.m. or early in the evening around 7 p.m. Several permanent closures of both chain stores and local dining.

Even what were once 24 hour gas stations are no longer such. Can't even operate the pumps, as they get locked up to prevent theft as the last worker leaves for the night.

Wal-Mart closes at 11 p.m. here too.

Oh yeah one of my favorite local sports bars closed for good due to the pandemic too. They had the best wings ever.. so depressing.
