It looks like they could still be slightly healing. I usually look more at nipple placement after top surgery. Which I think this surgeon did very well on that.

I don't want to make this too weird, really, but I have a question.

In the United States it is culturally acceptable for men to go shirtless while it typically isn't for women. For example posting a picture of a shirtless male model wouldn't get you moderated here but if the rules are still the same as I remember them, posting a topless female model is against the rules.
This applies to minors as well, if a young boy was walking around on the beach or pool without a shirt no one would bat an eye.
Minors can start medical treatments to transition in most states if their parents approve, and beyond that (to my limited understanding) how far along the the medical path an individual is does not change their ultimate status as being trans, correct?
In that case, would it be considered inappropriate or fine for a young trans boy who hadn't received any sort of treatment to walk around shirtless?

Yeah. The US is weird, and very sheltered. And tbqh, I never understood why women couldnt be shirtless. I assume it has to do with the past when women couldnt do what they wanted or whatever... But unfortunately, its true thats its unacceptable for women to be shirtless here in most areas. I dont know about your last question, though. That said, I dont think many of them would walk around shirtless...

I think it would be inappropriate, but I think this lacks of context of I have never met a trans man who want's to show off his breast tissue at any age. I have met several men who were willing to break their ribs wearing binders all day so no one would notice said breast tissue.

I dont think any woman should feel like they need or should be topless ever

but if its something they want to do I certainly dont think its something law enforcement should be involved at all. Its just part of a person and EVERYONE sees breasts in life
