I used to do that because it was cheaper, but not anymore. Got scammed more times than I got deals, but ebay/paypal always resolved it. It's just too much of a hassle processing claims.

No, and I always hear horror stories about cards on Ebay so I wouldn't take that specific deal. Do they at least have pics of the box?

i try not to, but sometimes they're the only ones selling.
i'm also terrified everytime someone with 0 feedback buys anything worth more than a few bucks from me. thankfully, nothing worse than a no payment (yet). --- Boom!
