You heard wrong. It's a 60fps cap at 1080p and 30fps in 4K. Frequent hitching. The game is buggy as fuck and the save system is broken. I've had to completely restart the game twice now due to progression and inventory bugs. It's like they ported the release version and forgot to include all the fixes they've made on PS4 since then.
