Casual reminder that police officers have literally been exonerated because they had body cameras. It's the right thing to do if you value upholding the law and also being protected by it.

yes. in a civil dispute the opposing party likes to lie that it isn't they're fault. whipping out the dashcam footages makes em cringe so bad.

i was looking into body cams just now. apparently only police are permitted to use them? why not civilians? if you can have them in your car, why not in person? it could save your ass.

It depends on jurisdiction. Some states require both parties to consent to recording an interaction.

To make sure you arent doing your job improperly or wasting company time. It would also help verify complaints of improper behavior or abuse from management.

hard to report a shitty boss to hr when you have nothing but anecdotes. they will take the boss' side of the story over yours without real proof
