In terms of practical outcomes (ie: not just "what is the President saying on Twitter"), the difference between the two options in this quote would be more significant than the difference between Presidents in the original premise of this topic.

Although there might have been an insurrection at the capital on January 6th where several progressive lawmakers were slaughtered and Trump would play it off as "good patriots and bad people on both sides"

vaccine rollout would be a bit slower but i honestly dont think covid would be being handled much differently beyond that. all the people that would interfere under trump are interfering under biden

wouldnt have gotten the third stimulus payment

beyond covid stuff i doubt much else would change from the first term. trump would continue to faff around and make people have panic attacks while the gop slowly consolidated power in the background

I thought perhaps it was at an 11 year old mentality, but I went the high road with 11th grade instead.

Wish I could find that article or whatever it was.

I honestly believe we would have crossed over 1 million deaths from Covid.

No way Republicans approve another stimulus, at least not with direct payments and unemployment boosts

States, cash strapped, are forced to reopen far before people are vaccinated

People go back to work, everyone gets everyone sick and we are right back to square 1
