I don't know where you live in, but those tend to be the place where there are the most people. It's a cool aesthetic and I really enjoyed what I played of the Yakuza games, the location played a big part. There's also something mentally draining about it all and these locations are designed to suck money out of people, there's also how cramped it all is.
