But it's even worse than all that. I don't even WATCH much videos, and almost never browse Instagram or stuff like that.
My sin is Phone sex and it's been killing my finances. I had a little spending money in the bank earlier and stupidly had decided to "indulge," I -think- maybe that little wild spree helped tamper my enthusiasm, like me I've finally "scratched my itch" and gotten some of it out of my system, but even though it kinda feels like that I am self-aware to realize that be a bunch of bulls---. HOW DO I BREAK THIS HABIT??? I tried ordering a Papa Kilo Lima t-shirt that stands for "Pr0n Kills Love" but they discontinued those shirts and now they all say literally "Pr0n Kills Love" and I don't want a shirt that says "Pr0n" on it even if it's Anti, and all their other shirts look like something PETA woulda designed, just weird designs with way too much going on, too activist and in your face I wanted a simple Papa Kilo Lima shirt (sorry I realize now that was long tangent) ... I havent finished reading it yet, but I recommend searching for a free online hack book called Easy Peasy Method. (Google it.) Its a text that has been adapted from a book to help people quit smoking. The gist of it is that to kick just about any habit, methods involving willpower tend to fail. So, reading the book takes you through the process of examining your mindset.
