I wasnt really being mean either, just kinda educated her

She shared the whole people are over-sensitive about dr Seuss stuff

so I posted some of his incredibly racist political cartoons and informed her that he was indeed racist against asians

and her response was to unfriend me. Lmaoooo

imagine doubling down on your racism instead of correcting it.

It probably has more to do with her not liking you that much to begin with and you not really contributing anything to her rant.

IE, you say something, she gets mildly annoyed and realizes she likes the world better when you aren't around so she pushed a button. I wouldn't take it as some grand victory where you publically humiliated her.

I agree, but ignorant people are sometimes going to double down instead of taking personal accountability and making the changes to their life to be less morally bankrupt. It's just goes to show how terrible most people are and let themselves become. And it's not like you're even telling the person to change and take the fight to other racists.

Its like if there was a campaign to shut down Disney or a restaraunt just for political reasons. Are you expected to just roll with it and not like their movies or food anymore because of some agenda, and then some asshats on the internet label you as a racist or whatever for having always liking them?

I tried to tell him this but he's too in love with his call out crusade to listen.
