I think the worst part about modern Simpsons is just that its still called the Simpsons. modern Simpsons isn't bad per se, they've just had to turn into a completely different show than it was in the 90s. There are still classic Simpsons episodes (usually 1 or 2/season) but the episodes tend to be "fine" like the kind of show you put on if you just want to watch TV and not really care what is actually going on. It's this esoteric parody of The Man Who Fell to Earth, but just isn't funny or satirical. There was a certain optimism around Musk several years ago, like he was gonna change the world for the better or something.
