If we look at eligibility and distribution, the number of people under 50 who have had access to J&J is much less than 7 million and because of their age, they most likely just received access to it within the past 14 days.

Its hard to say if Jannsen covid vaccine causes blood clots. There could be other factors not related to the vaccine such as the persons medical history, medications they are taking.

There's a good chance that we're just seeing birth control pill side effects that are popping up with unfortunate timing. But, there's also a good chance that the J&J vaccine is partly or mainly responsible for the side effects, and it would be good to have a better idea of which is the case.
