When I look at a girl to date, there are a few factors that I take into consideration first. These are in no particular order.

Yes and I'll tell you why. I've been with girls that are extremely attractive but have weak or flawed personalities. Once the initial novelty of being in a relationship with an attractive woman wears off the relationship no longer has anywhere to go. There's nothing worse than trying to drum up reasons to stay with somebody. It's not often easy and it's not often kind.
On the other hand, if you are able to look past being shallow about looks, the ugly girl with a good/ compatible personality will give you lots to explore about them.
