It will be done soon, but things like Ravencoin or Vertcoin could easily take its place, and should be more appealing because they have insignificant fees to transfer

I just wish Vertcoin was available on more exchanges. It has very low stress on the GPU as well. Can even play games while you mine with it

Vertcoin is on Bittrex, but Bittrex is not available in my region so I just mine Ethereum instead of going through the hassle.

It's really easy and you can probably add $200 per month income. And if ETH prices goes to what people are predicting it could be $1000+ a month. My 2070 gets about $120 worth in Ethereum per month right now at current prices.

So a 3080 should be able to pull $200 a month alone and that's at current prices. So you're looking more at $400 a month right now and maybe way more in the future

I know running it at max all day should stress it but I see so many cards from 6 years ago that have been heavily mined on still working. I think it should be okay since your just starting to mine on it. I dont think a few months of mining will be too big a harm. Plus Nvidia cards are made really well.

If you mine on it at stock and dont overclock it I think you should be good

As long as you keep temperatures in their normal operating range it's fine

For end of year I've seen some people predict

40,000 per ETH by the end of the year. I've seen smaller predictions of 20,000. And I've seen 10,000 as well.

In the short term I've heard $5000 per ETH in the next few months. Right now its $1900 per Ethereum.

I haven't heard anyone base the prediction on ETH 2.0 though. Not sure when that will be rolled out

I think for it to get to $40000 the marketcap would have to reach 4 Trillion.

I don't know if how realistic that is though. Maybe if there total Crypto market cap reaches 10 Trillion. If it did happen I would be very excited though I have 1.5 ETH

For all we know though the market could crash tomorrow. Nothing is certain

This topic makes me wish I had 4 3080s.
