Its so easy to talk on a phone and drive. I do agree that teens/inexperienced drivers using their phones to play games or whatever are worse than drunk drivers. But the rest of us are punished because of it. Imo the easy solution: if you have had a valid license for at least 5 years you cant get ticketed for using your phone while driving.
