Did you use a marinade? It looks close to medium well, maybe medium but it might be the pic. Looks good regardless, what did you have with it?

nah, thats just juicy. Mine is medium and my wifes medium welling. Tbh whenever I cook mine I never go below medium for some reason lol. If I go to a nice steakhouse I always go for med rare.

I had cauliflower rice and broccoli

Is it just me or do restaurant steaks just taste very juicy without any other flavour to them?

At home I can make a tasty steak with butter, garlic and herbs and I taste all of those.

I've been told to go there, but still havent.

Guess I should make it a goal before I leave later this year.

Maybe they brine it beforehand, or they use a ton of oil when they cook it and cover it. Not entirely sure to be honest. I smoked a whole turkey for Thanksgiving this past year and I brined it for 16 hours before cooking it and it was easily the moistest turkey I ever had when it was finished. I slow smoked/cooked it for nearly 12 hours so that might have helped too. I talk to the local family owned BBQ pit master guy here in town and he swears by brining everything to get the best out of a variety of meats.

do it. Its easily the best steakhouse imo. If you go between 5-7 and midnight to close. Steaks and well drinks are half off.
