Many of the blue coins later on, obviously. Peter Pirahna in Bianco Hills. Yoshi's Fruit Adventure in Ricco Harbour. Certain parts of Noki Bay and Pianta Village. That durian challenge in Delfino Plaza. That stupid climbing the brick wall challenge in Pinna Park. Some of the coin challenges for the final Shines in various worlds.

In the hotel level where you need Yoshi, I couldn't figure out you could open the door while holding fruit. <_<
