any customization and they no longer consider it part of the "unreal" promotion, bumping the cost of a large hawaiian to $14.95
so if you just wanted a thin base hawaiian you're paying $7.95 extra yikes

they use the exact same wad of dough for every base (obviously not including gluten free) the only one that would cost the store more is if you order stuffed crust because of the extra cheese and the work reuquired to roll the edges.
if you compare a pan to a thin, the pan pizza diameter is slightly smaller. if you compare stuffed to a pan or thin, you'll see that the actual base is paper thin, even thinner than a thin and crispy base because all the dough went to the edges.

They add extra water to pan dough and use more butter/oil in the pan which deep fries the dough and makes it greasy. It's like a doughy pizza cake. I liked Pizza Hut pan pizza when I was a child but now I would only get hand tossed or thin - the way god intended pizza to be.

Then theres the multiple topping scam that nearly every pizza place does.

Doesn't sound like much of a problem imo. You want to pay less? Order within the confines of the deal. TC basically complained that he had to pay the normal price for a normal order.

No, not alone and people rarely ordered them. Its been years ago since i worked there but i remember doing prep work and it would be like 50 pans, 50 Handtossed, 20 stuffed crusts, and like 5 thin crusts on a normal day
