Is this a good bad game or a bad good game?

The whole games music is in piano which makes it sound like a school play. The whole game is the antiquity age.

The main character silence comes off as hes bored and submissive.

You immediately take a quest to kill a girl for no reason, find her, immediately and she says shes going to sacrifice herself to save world so come with her and you just agree.

Everywhere you go you tell people this girls the sacrifice and they immediately help you.

Youre trying to go get this girl to her suicide is the main driving factor of the story (at least in the beginning im not very far)

So this is just like Chrono trigger except piano and snow spammed everywhere, the mains just a submissive for no reason and you gotta get this girl somewhere to die.

Yet im still enjoying it so i dunno...

I had a huge rant about the game somewhere about why it's bad but not sure where I left it.

But basically here's the cliffs.

1. There's virtually no art variety. The three places in the whole game are snow, ice cave, blocky gray dungeon and that's all.
2. All piano soundtrack is something that sounds nice on paper but after 5 or so hours of this shit it just sounds like your annoying neighbor's kid practicing piano and piping the output directly to your ears.
3. The system for drops/skills is horrible all around.
4. The story also just kind of sucks.

It's like some dev played Chrono Trigger and was like "oh, the combat system is why everyone likes this game"

I wanted to play this, but Square didn't release it physically outside Japan, and the digital version is always hugely expensive cause yay, monopolies.

It's like a mix of Chrono Trigger and FFX but worse than both.

I still enjoyed it a lot, though.
