Try to turn it on, see what happens.
I don't think it will blow anything, but, who knows. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Sounds like it's fucked, yup.
Potentially there's a fuse in there that's blown, but, unless you know what you're looking for, I don't recommend opening a PSU, there's stuff in there that can kill you. ... Copied to Clipboard!

That shouldn't have damaged anything. You basically told the PSU to expect a 230V input and you were only giving it 115V, so you were under-volting it.

All my pc does is sometimes lights will turn on for half a second but then it shuts off. Stuff like the Ethernet port light stays on if i have it plugged in for whatever that is worth.
I easily could have fucked it up in the fiddling to fix the issue but it wouldn't turn on today regardless ... Copied to Clipboard!

It's also AC which means you could have different amperage running through things that weren't expecting it, and there's an unexpected frequency on it. It's not as simple as a DC voltage. ... I am a moron. I did fuck with the voltage switch, but why it wasnt working is due to my own moron ass not knowing how to read the swtich.
When I move it from side to side it either says 220 or 115. I thought, when it said 115, I needed to move it over to go to 115, as if there was a directional arrow(there wasn't). turns out if the switch says 115 that is the one chosen. So we are good. I am an idiot. I am closing this shit 'cause i feel dumb. ... Copied to Clipboard!

Turns out if it says 115 its at 115 I'm not super technically literate once we start talkin' fancy science things. ... Copied to Clipboard!
