It's a low level operations job for a huge company. I've gotten it to the point where it's pretty easy but I always have to be "on" and the corporate politics are brutal. I would rather work on my own projects but that health insurance hits different. I actually had a manager from a past job join somewhere else in the company. I asked him because he's given me a recommendation before but he's a contractor and they're letting his team go. another manager who moved elsewhere in the company would give me a rec if needed. I've been talking with this company for weeks and I'll have done 3 hours of interviews so I'm being seriously considered. It is not part of the round of applications I just did but the only one I'm even in talks with right now.
