UnfairRepresent 02/14/21 8:37:12 AM #1:	I got a sandwich, paid contactless because of covid and saw on the receipt that they charged me for a different, more expensive sandwich I pointed this out to the guy who was like "No I didn't." And I was like "Yes you did, look at the cost of the sandwich, now look at the receipt and what you charged me for." And he was like "Oh....ok......" then just stood there blank faced like a brick in a T-shirt. So I said "So then refund me." And he was like "Oh we can't do that. We can't do partial refunds, only full refunds." So I said "Well then refund the whole thing, then charge me the correct cost." And he just stood there again like a lemon before going "Um...well...err... we're not allowed to do that." Now I'm starting to get annoyed here like "So what you're saying is you have to overcharge me and no matter what you can't fix it. For absolutely no reason?" Then he goes "Well...ummm... what I can do I guess is give you the difference in change(cash) from the till" And I'm like "Won't that make your till unbalanced?" And he's like ".... I dunno...." Then gave me a big handful of coins. I get everyone makes me mistakes and I have plenty of tolerance for a screw up but once you have screwed up fix it. Don't just lie, then stand there like a gormless moron. I don't get what this was or what was wrong with that guy...
