It's taking craft beer straight downhill. Before skilled brewers could get all sorts of wild flavors through skillful brewing and knowledge. Now people are loading a kettle sour with literal tons of unfermented fruit puree and lactose that literally causes cans to explode.

Putting all these shitty adjuncts in beer is an open nvitation for the FDA to swoop in and regulate the best industry even harder.

Loading puree into pressurized cans is extremely dangerous.
