Poverty without question
A lot of illness comes from Poverty. Poverty also necessitates extensive use of cheap energy resources which damages our planet. If you make everyone affluent enough to, let's say, have a home and toss some solar panels on it? No Poverty removes a lot of government funding needed for homelessness and hunger and health. ending poverty will help end sickness in the poorest areas of the world. Allowing people access to treatment would be an effect, and then they still have the benefit of not being empoverished.
