Will you be doing them with proper form? Youre not just starting this without any prior preparation are you? 100 push-ups is a lot to just start doing.

Technically he never said all at one time. I think i could even do 100 in a 24 hour period of time and pushups are something I struggle with. I can get to 20 but it gets rough. But do 20 now. Wait a couple hours 20 more rinse and repeat. Boom 100 pushups in 5 hours

since you're spending time anyways, you're much better off getting a kettle bell and doing 100 kettlebell swings a day.

it's close to a full body workout + works your cardio pretty hard which is something that strength training rarely does and that's just the standard swing:

the important thing is choosing the right weight. one that'll make you initially struggle but still manage to provide a challenge well after you're conditioned.

gyms are closed down here so you might not have the same problem as me and can freely test weights before choosing one or you have plenty of cash lying around so you can get a whole set. for me i chose a 14kg/30lbs just for starting out but quickly outgrew it and ordered a 20kg/44lbs which i've yet to receive.

Not in a row. Just 100 push ups total each day.

I just knocked my first 10 out at work.
