It's not just the website unfortunately, they have tracking cookies on tons of websites across the internet, outside of the handful of sites they've aquired.

I use it for messenger and following groups dedicated to games my career and memes. I post nothing and Facebook pestered me for like a year about what highschool I went to but I never would answer.
