My girlfriend has a higher base pay than me but im hourly and i get a shit ton of overtime if i choose. So instead of working 40 hours a week i do like 55-60.
Which ends up netting me more. She then complains that i work too much OT and then when its pay day and it comes down to bills. I can pay my share and have that extra spending money and she cant. The OT doesnt matter to me though cause im working at home. So the stuff i'd normally do i can still do. I just chill and rack up hours doing mindless extra work. My boss loves it and i get that sweet OT pay and earn vaca hours quicker. --- The night brims with defiled scum,and is permeated by their rotten stench. Just think. Lol I love that my husband makes so much OT. His base is much lower than mine but with OT we made the same in 2020. Every time I see his OT paycheck Im very happy. Dunno what shes tripping about but maybe because youre just dating and your finances are separate.
