On one hand its unfair to the cook cause the quality of the food is more important than anything else but on the other hand tip culture allows a business to justify paying like shit. One one good thing about tips is it encourages servers to be more polite and professional. So another server thats shitty getting equal tips because of such a system I dont agree with.
