Is it better to throw more bad news at her so she can heal all at once or hang with it a few more weeks? Caught major in love feelings for another girl and all I want to do is be with her. She feels the same but wont start anything until I leave my current gf, which is understandable.

Don't break up with your gf unless you're genuinely unhappy with the relationship and this other girl was the catalyst to you realizing it. But I don't think you can really fall "in love" with someone you haven't actually spent intimate time with building a relationship. And certainly relationships aren't just something to be treated as a thing you can "trade up" on when you get the chance.
