I make a half assed version of this with precooked shrimp and like some garlic powder. Maybe a little red pepper flakes if I want some spice.

Went to New Orleans once and had a shrimp, and sausage omelet somewhere. The chef probably weight tree fiddy and the waitress was maybe a deuce and a half. But God damn that was a great breakfast.
