So I didnt really have much to eat for dinner tonight so I just cooked some eggs. I happen to actually glance at the calories per egg and.... WTF? 60 calories per egg?! Thats nuts! That is crazy low! Eggs are pretty filling too!
I decided to look up the calories of 1 slice of a large pizza. I just picked Dominos and did the most generic pizza you can think of. A large, hand toss pepperoni pizza. 1 slice = 280 calories. How many eggs gets close to that? Well 5 eggs = 300 calories. FIVE! 5 eggs vs 1 slice of pizza?! Its not even close! 5 eggs is a meal! 1 slice of pizza is a snack! Any other hidden low calorie gems you know about CE that arent vegetables? --- I don't know why I'm playing Destiny 2... but I am... ... Copied to Clipboard!

Energy input aside, higher protein diets have a higher thermic effect than others. So, more energy out, all else being equal. Overly simple but true.
