So I didnt really have much to eat for dinner tonight so I just cooked some eggs. I happen to actually glance at the calories per egg and.... WTF? 60 calories per egg?! Thats nuts! That is crazy low! Eggs are pretty filling too!

I decided to look up the calories of 1 slice of a large pizza. I just picked Dominos and did the most generic pizza you can think of. A large, hand toss pepperoni pizza. 1 slice = 280 calories. How many eggs gets close to that? Well 5 eggs = 300 calories.

FIVE! 5 eggs vs 1 slice of pizza?! Its not even close! 5 eggs is a meal! 1 slice of pizza is a snack! Any other hidden low calorie gems you know about CE that arent vegetables?

Energy input aside, higher protein diets have a higher thermic effect than others. So, more energy out, all else being equal. Overly simple but true.

There are 2 different types of cholesterol.

LDL (low-density lipoprotein), sometimes called bad cholesterol, makes up most of your bodys cholesterol. High levels of LDL cholesterol raise your risk for heart disease and stroke.
HDL (high-density lipoprotein), or good cholesterol, absorbs cholesterol and carries it back to the liver. The liver then flushes it from the body. High levels of HDL cholesterol can lower your risk for heart disease and stroke.

Activity level and your own level of bodyfat, afaik. I'm sure in some extreme case of eating ONLY EGGS AND SHRIMP there might be a correlation but by in large just focus on macros and micros and you'll be fine.
