Death Stranding is dirt cheap on PS4 now. So I think that'll be a game that'll get even cheaper in the long run if you're patient. But Death Stranding is likely the better game. I haven't played it but I've played Terminator. It's a fun little janky game that really relies on you liking the franchise. It very much feels like a low budget game punching above its weight.
