Day in day out screaming at me forcing me to accept blame for shit i had no hand in seemingly looking for an excuse to be an abusive piece of shit, escalating to making me leave work, harassing me at work, calling my fucking store phone to harass me

i woke up today to 100 texts and 99 missed calls and this happens multiple times a week. I dont sleep i dont eat i barely get to fucking bathe or do laundry, hell i get to be at my house so infrequently that ill go weeks without seeing my family while theyre actually awake and often have to wear dirty clothes because i am simply not allowed time to fucking wash because im held prisoner day in and day out, but if i evem imply that im not being -allowed- to do this or that basic fucking need of existence or, god forbid, a hobby or pleasant activity, holy shit everything goes NUCLEAR. I talk to my friends so infrequently now that i pretty much dont know any of them anymore

i swear to christ i am so fucking close to just going to the coos and getting a restraining order then living with the stupid bullshit circus that will follow i cannot fucking live like this, my life is never going to recover from 3 years of this absolute terror

All this while im essentially living this abusive parasites life for them driving them around to do every fucking thing getting them from point a to point b then back again at a moments notice (or else a meltdown ensues if i dont plan on driving to pick them up 20 minutes away and bring them home, even though they dont -expect- you to do anything), taking care of basic ass shit for them, buying them shit constantly and even being pressured into straight up giving them money, footing the bill for the insane stunts they pull as a mechanism of their abuse

for MONTHS i was in charge of waking them up DAILY, regardless of my own schedule, and theyd get violent and angry with me for trying to wale them up but i wasnt awake its not my fault i didnt do that, and when theyd refuse to just fucking get out of bed it would be my fault they missed class or work (this is now the justification for actively trying to get me fired from my job) even though theyd be fully fucking awake yelling at me hitting me

in charge of making a 20-something year old person brush their fucking teeth or else get screamed at for hours on end and blamed for them not doing it for weeks, blamed for them not eating for days, for them breaking their own phone and coerced into paying for it

i cant fucking do this shit anymore man

Yeah they had then they threatened me into being back around them but if i ever mention that its some bullshit it wasnt a fucking threat i was giving you a choice, and i just went with it because i was too scared to lawyer up and have them legally barred from contacting me/win whatever insane frivolous case they tried to bring against me

I didnt even get christmas with my family

entire day i was on edge dealing with them melting down violently because i didnt send them a merry christmas text promptly enough, so every second i did have with my family was anxiety-ridden and far removed from what was actually happening. I straight up missed dinner.

i have never so powerfully felt detestation and disgust in my life. I just want my life back. I want to be left alone. I dont want revenge, i dont want to get even or even to bring any of this public to our shared social circles, i just want to be left alone so i can pick up whats left of my life in peace and just live out my days broken but safe
