Ostrowski is the director of supply for Operation Warp Speed as he said the first doses will come out in December and slowly dished out in the following months with rapid speed of production He said "We'll have over 300 million doses available to the American public before then" There's still no clear cut distribution plan on how they will give them out as Moderna today filed for emergency FDA approval on Monday as Trump "urged" them to get it done now.
